I just bought the kind that were most easily available, and for me that was Tena - there's no need to go looking for different options unless the simple ones aren't working for you.
You are going to get all sorts of info on brands. So and so likes "XX" brand but someone else likes "YY" brand. Probably the best thing to do is get samples of several kinds and try each. When I was using the tab briefs on my Husband I was changing them pretty often so the ones that I got from Hospice (McKesson supplies) were just fine. I was changing him about every 2 hours, sometimes more if he leaked. (I found changing his position for a bit before I would change him would allow the bladder to void a bit more, sometimes prevented a leak)
