I’d raise hell if people weren’t following protocol for infectious disease in a place where my LO resides. Going from room to room, touching patients and surfaces - are they disinfecting surfaces? Washing their hands between patients? Wearing and changing gloves? Masks are only a small part of it.
The elderly are a vulnerable sector of our population. Who are we if we don’t protect them from that which could cause them irreparable harm or death?
Are the covid positive residents being isolated? Do they wear masks when they are caring for them? If so and if you believe masks work, then there might not be much of a problem.
I would call to report it anonymously to your local Health Dept. They monitor facility outbreaks . Mind boggling that people are so ignorant and dont take COVID seriously.
