Call Meals on Wheels. You can also have meals delivered from restaurants. I once had a neighbor who cooked for several older people in the neighborhood. They paid her.
Jim, from your profile, you've lost your job because of caregiving.
It sounds to me like it's time to start working again and use mom's money to pay for caregivers. If mom is indigent, she applies for Medicaid. She may be better served by being placed in a NH paid for by Medicaid with hospice as an "add on" service.
In any event, there is ZERO reason for you to impoverish yourself in order to provide hands on care for her.
If she is on Hospice, there should not be anymore appts. There is Senior bussing who can take her to appts. Check with your office of aging. Get Meals on Wheels to deliver her meals. Do you live with her? If not, cook the meal and drop it off.
Have you tried the "Gray rock method"? You ignore her.

I order meals from Mom's Meals. They have a nice variety. Not frozen. You have different ordering options. Mom loves her Mom's Meals.
