APS. Any advice?

Hello I need help . My case worker at APS does not calls me or visits me. Her boss verbal treatments me . He telling that send to a place that I only get 35.00 a month.

He gave her info to complain about me so she recommended me to but in a place that I have no freedom or money.
I about meds that cost lots of money I can’t be without I am on vimpat and it’s not cheap.

The manger of the building call them, if she would given me a eviction notice done long time ago.
she does not wants me to have Calle or a good phone.

I had stopped everything. Like to going to the gym. Reading or anything that might improve my quality of life. I can’t get anyone to provide me with info.

I don’t drink ,drugs or gambling with my money. I take my meds .

APS a took since July to pay the back rent . And at the website they payment dates keep changing.

i like to get help . All I get verbal abuse and no information why their took 1000 this month. I didn’t wanted their services but if someone wants to ruin life they can. They manger call them and they communicate with her and not with me.

I have no id that’s is valid because I don’t have enough point to getting one.

He told her send him my old id .

So any leads I need to get help. I agave up life because of them and they know.

Manny - I agree with everyone else - it sounds like a conversation with a doctor and a social worker would be very beneficial.

Also, you mention that you can't be without your Vimpat and that it is very expensive. Vimpat (name brand) is incredibly expensive I completely agree - I stalked the patents on it for years when my DH was on it. However it is my understanding that they have released a generic version -Lacosamide - that might be able to take some pressure off of you - if your doctor can approve the switch. Especially given your situation - I feel like there must be something that your doctor and even the manufacturer may be able to do in this case.

This is your second post

https://www.agingcare.com/questions/how-can-i-stop-aps-form-being-my-payee-479328.htm

You were asked questions and did not reply. If APS is involved, they usually to not take your money, they find you resources. For anyone to become payee for your SS they have to go thru SS or the Court, a judge, assigns a guardian.

"He telling that send to a place that I only get 35.00 a month."
The above means a Nursing facility. Medicaid and your SS will pay for your care there. The State allows $35 a month of ur SS to go into a personal needs fund. You can then use that money for personal things. The nursing facility will provide everything you need. Toiletries, food and your medication among other things. Even clothing if you can't afford it.

For us to understand where you are coming from, is it possible to have someone who is fluent in English to tell us what is going on. I can't believe that APS would leave you no funds to be able to pay for medications you need. If ur low income, you should be able to get Medicaid for health.

Manny, as an old retired Rn, I am going to suggest that you check into your local Emergency Room.. Call an ambulance if you need to. I think you need to be checked out, because your post isn't making a whole lot of sense to me. That could be due to something I am not aware of, such as English being your second language. I can't know.
You say that you are taking no illegal drugs and are not drinking, and that makes me worry that something is going on that should be checked.
You mention APS and their being late in paying your rent. APS doesn't ordinarily pay rents, so I am confused by that.
Please go to your local ER. If you can print your post to us, show it to them. Let them check you out and ask them to see the social worker with the hospital right away. If you are physically all right I am hoping the social worker can help you with your needs.
Clearly you are needing assessment and help.
I wish you the very best.
