Sorry about the topic but there's no appropriate topic in the dropdown list and I don't see any way to open a case or ask for help on the Aging Care site.
I created an account last week (UN qloopp) and posted a question which received answers. After a day or so I checked in on it and could not log in anymore. Despite not actually forgetting my PW, I have tried the "forgot password" link method many times but have never received an email to reset said PW. Yet I still receive daily updates to the same email address (the one I created my original account with). Because of this I can't log in to use my account or even to unsubscribe from unwanted daily or other emails. If I were to block the domain at my email server level then I would not receive ANY pertinent Aging Care emails to this new account (which uses another email address, same domain).
I'm in a pickle. Can a moderator help? Offline if necessary?

After contacting Aging Care via their web email form someone got back to me almost immediately. She offered a PW reset link but it didn't work. I replied about this yesterday and again this morning. Just now I received an email from notifications@agingcare.com that read:
Dear AgingCare User,
Over the weekend, we experienced a technical issue that prevented users from logging into the AgingCare site. The issue was fixed, but some users did not regain access immediately. Our development team did a sweep for affected users yesterday and restored their access.
If you were having issues logging in, a simple password reset will get you back into your account.
Some profile pages were showing 404 errors as part of this issue. These profile pages have been restored. If you have further issues with seeing your profile page or logging into your account, please use the “Send Us a Message” form on this page to let us know: https://www.agingcare.com/aboutus
Kind Regards,
The Aging Care Technical Team
I went in and did the PW reset and now it works.
This email was listed in one of the communications regarding resolving online issues: custcare@agingcare.com.
And finally, FWIW, the original responder to my web form request sent an email from the domain @aplaceformom.com.

I suggest you try your old account again. Maybe in a few days. There are some members who got locked out for days. Maybe some members just gave up and never came back. What a shame!

I sent off my request via their email form. We'll see what happens; I'll update here.
