Transportation to medical appointments.

If you receive Medicaid for health or in home care, they provide rides. So does Red Cross.

If you need rides to such appointments, you can contact your county social services to see if they have a ride service; or contact your local Area Agency on Aging for resources; or contact churches and ask if they have an Elder Care ministry that can provide rides occassionally. You don't have to be a church member.
