Can feeding tube leaks be corrected?

My mom of 95 years. Unfortunately had an obstructed bowel surgery last year. The doctors explained to us the risks of the sugergy, due to her age. It been a journey. She went to rehab, and had to have a trach put in. Along with being bedridden now. Now she is having problems with her feeding tube leakage. What is protocol if this occurs
They are saying, the staff needed to handle this is not there due to holiday. So they have an IV running until staff can help?

I would have her transported to a hospital if qualified staff is not on site.
