Call the doctor tomorrow to tell them it's not working. Maybe the dose is too small or maybe she needs something else instead.
Since this caregiving situation is negatively effecting you, I would consider it time to look into a nursing home for her. And have them help you file for Medicaid to pay if her money runs out.

Can you call social services to see if she qualifies for some in-home assistance, like light housekeeping, food prep and hygiene help? Anything you can take off your plate will help you.
