I take care of my friend's brother. He has been living with me 3 years. Recently caregiver took him alleging mistreatment, what do I do?

Do you mean one of the hired aides? Or do you mean your friend whose brother you are letting live in ur home took his brother.

If a hired aide, then she sort of kidnapped him. Have you called the brother telling him that he has been taken? Not sure what rights u would have but the mans brother should be able to do something.
