The woman I care for is 69 and is starting to lose her memory a little, has bad eyesight but is still in charge of her own finances and decisions but she keeps accidentally ordering subscriptions using her ROKU streaming box and amazon prime. I checked her e-mail today and for the 2nd time in 2 months it says she has been charged $15.99 for MAX (formerly HBO MAX) and I know she has no interest in watching MAX. Amazon is always great at refunding money and canceling the sub, but it does not seem like there is a way to just turn off all pay options for ROKU or amazon so it can't happen accidently. Any advice?

Can remove the credit card from the account or like others said parental controls can be used.
My oldest daughter was fascinated with the remote control when she was little. One day I became frustrated and decided to remove the batteries from an old remote, and gave her that remote to play with.
My daughter looked at me with a sour look on her face and said, “Mommy it’s broken!” I couldn’t out smart her. LOL 😆 She also hated plastic keys. She wanted real keys. Of course, playing with a real telephone was more fun than a play one!
Does this woman have family that is in charge of her finances? If so that would be the person that you could talk to about this.
This might also be an indicator to the family that she is progressing more as far as memory loss. If they do not have a "formal" diagnosis it might be time to seek one.
