I don’t understand why you ask. Isn’t it obvious, you get someone else to do her nails for her?
I see from your profile, your son is the caregiver for you and your wife. I hope he doesn’t mind. Maybe he had other dreams and aspirations in his life?
Can you take her out to a spa for a manicure? - she could be more accepting if you told her you had a free coupon 😉 and were able to sit beside her and have your nails done too.
If you are talking about toe nails, your insurance should cover a podiatrist visit. Or in my part of the world there are many RPNs that do home visits.
I wouldn’t worry about her nails unless they need medical attention. If she has forgotten how to do them, then she may not recall the need or want to do them at all.

You could polish her nails if she’d allow it?
