Not helping with what? You need to talk to the doctor to see what other if any medications might be helpful in your situation. Or if the dosage may need to be increased.

If Medication is not working, then you call the Dr who prescribed it. Realize though, some meds to not work overnight. Sometimes it can take a month to see results.
