Hello Everyone , Just wanted to announce a free class with Teepa Snow on December 8, 2023 - go to The Alzheimers Family Support Center Of Cape Cod - Under Events will be a free class from 10:00 am - 3:00 Pm and you register with Eventbrite - I took the class last year . How educated are you on Dementia ? I would encourage a 6 week course on caregiving That they give also , any One can sign up and they have a course On Mindfulness meditation . AFSC is Located in Brewster, Massachusetts and there are Volunteers on hand to answer questions .
