There is a wonderful Facebook group called Dementia with Grace (if dementia is the issue).

Mayo Clinic has a caregiver support group.

You can contact your local Area Agency on Aging and they may know of some.

I think you might google "caregiver support meetings" in your area.

Do think also of Facebook. They have excellent support groups you can join. From there you can discuss what members may wish to meet up via zoom or other method available on FB itself.

Good luck.

Contact your local chapter for Aging Ahead and Voyce. They both have large libraries of information and video resources.

Your state alz.org can provide you a list of virtual support groups. Usually there is a 24/7 help line

I would start with Facebook groups you join.

Have you tried Googling to see if there are any in your area? I know that my local caregiver support groups meet not only in person weekly but on Zoom as well.
And I'm sure if you Google the Alzheimer's Association they probably have some Zoom meetings as well, since your profile says that you're looking for a friend who's caring for his wife with dementia.
They are out there, and Google will be your friend in finding them.
Best wishes.
