The POA should be the person who lives close. No way could Sis perform her duties from another country. Is she afraid you are going to get all the money or spend it?
Hi guys thanks for your input It just reasures me and yes I am being drawn into drama she asked me for a copy of pos and unbelievably my mums OLD will that I have sent as I have nothing to hide I am now looking after dad who has Alzheimer’s where is she not been to England since mums funeral in june
She's allowed to have her feelings - but they are irrelevant with respect to your position as POA. It is a legal designation put in place by your father when he was competent to make that choice, and he chose you. She can be upset about it. But if the POA is invoked and dad is no longer competent to make changes - it can't be changed anyway - even if dad wanted to do so. And you aren't saying anything that leads me to believe that he does. Just that she is upset that you have the designation .

Not her business. Not your problem.
