Medicare rules are always changing. I can find out what the current rules are related this article another day.

Because the site can't pretend to be current if they make it obvious that many of their articles are over a decade old. One clue is to check the comments section for the oldest remarks. But all of the articles are periodically updated and of course much of the practical advice is timeless.
