Is she having a procedure of some sort? What is she recovering from? If this is related to a medical issue, call Medicare to see if she can get any temporary in-home help (and this will be some sort of medical service), check if she has an Advantage Plan or Medigap policy.
If she needs ongoing help with meals, housekeeping, hygiene, transportation, this is something hired privately or through an agency. If she qualifies, sometimes social services has programs that provide some help.
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but if it's about in home care, most agencies require a minimum of 4 hours per day before you can hire them, and you should be able to find many agencies in the area where your mom lives to help her.
