Does anyone have a free hospital bed in the Dallas area for a dialysis patient?

If the patient is on Medicare, the doctor can write a prescription for one, which is then at least partially covered by insurance.

The same applies to other items too, a walker, bedside commode, etc.

Another option is NextDoor. Looking on my local version I see at least 3 hospital beds being offered for free. That is how we disposed of the one my late father used.
