Where can I get an eldercare lawyer?

Looking for help with a joint homeownership situation. One person has dementia other is elderley, but good health. No family. Need protection and advice in general.

If you are not one of the people in this joint ownership, I hope you are at least the FPoA for these elders. If not, you may need to pursue guardianship in order to manage or make changes to their assets, including their home. You won't be able to sell it without this legal authority.

Naela.org or nelf.org. plug in your zip and review the names that pop up

It looks like you need to look at separation of finances or a Miller Trust if available in your state
