I agree with Geaton that these questions are more appropriate for the administration and caregivers at your facility and for your own families. Meanwhile just enjoy one another's company and comfort.

Is he passed away or not? Or, are you talking about a different fiancee?
If you both do not have legal guardians to prevent such a marriage, does your facility have a chaplain? Can you ask the admins there to answer some of your questions?
