In some states. I am assuming she is without funds and would qualify to Medicaid. Some states pay families and the only way is to check with your own state. Online should do. Do understand it's rare as hen's teeth to get 24/7 care covered, if it is at ALL, anywhere. And the amount they will pay is not good.
