My sister and her husband kicked my 86-year-old father out of his house after 16 years

They kept my mom there and now my sister has spun so much untrue statements that never happened. She did this after she had me served with a restraining order all on untrue events. I live an hour away and visit once a week. During this time, she has put her hands on my father causing harm. We were finally able to see mom with dad 2 months later by court order only to find out my sister has told her he’s been cheating on her for years. I’m fighting for my reputation and my dad loves his bed-ridden wife of 65 years. My mom has Lewy Body dementia my dad dementia. My sister is a narcissist. I’m finding out that she has been bad mouthing me for years and speaking on stuff that never happened. What can I do?

See an attorney.
We cannot know or judge a single thing here, having one side of this long long story (undoubtedly).
We cannot know here what is true or what is false, and even were we to know, there is nothing we can do about it.

I wish you good luck. This is in the court system and that is where it should be.

We need more info. Is Sister her parents POA? If not, she has no control. If she does have it her responsibility is limited. If the home is Dads, she can't kick him out but with POA she can place them. Did she live with your parents and care for them for at least 2 yrs. If not, she has no claim on the house. Not sure she would get Caregiver Allowance with Medicaid if she has siblings who could contest it.

Seems like someone believed you to be able to getva court order. Why was it not taken further? You really did not ask a question, do you have one?
