Does he need to resign from his living will or do I need to just take over? About his house, it is in his living will how does that transfer if I am the executor of the estate and the heir? Scott, don't worry about asking the right questions, the Attorney will lead the discussion, and cover everything regarding whatever it is you are going to see the Attorney.
