She has mid stage dementia or alz fr eve to morn. Has reached the stage in her disease that the only place she is really even moderately engaged socially is in her little home where she lives alone. Not the best solution, to live alone, but the only solution right now as I have no space in my home and I live only 4 minutes away. I am pretty much being her brain now and am finding it very difficult to keep her as well as her environment clean, since she doesn't recognize it herself. IN an effort to see if it would help her to be more lucid, changed her meds from night to morning to see if that made any appreciable difference.

If you changed her meds from evening to morning and you noticed an increase in her confusion, change the meds back. If the prescriptions say they are to be taken in the evening then they must be taken in the evening. Always follow the instructions on the prescription bottle and if you have any problems contact the Dr.
