How does an elderly woman in El Paso,TX find help in repairing her roof as it leaks profusely? She lives below poverty line.

I'd start by contacting the United Way in El Paso. Here's their website. http://www.unitedwayelpaso.org/ Or call them at 915-533-2434. They should be able too direct you to some group or organization that might help. Good luck!!
