I know Genworth is a huge company, and ran across this subdivision of theirs when I was researching care costs in our area. I know they are contracted to do assessments by other organizations/facilities, and they used to be a large provider of LTC insurance. They apparently also have this division that is geared toward families. It says, "Get unlimited access to experienced care advice, guidance, and many other resources." There appear to be different different levels you can pay for--online, telephonic, and onsite/virtual. Just curious if anyone has used CareScout, and if so, what you think of it. (Not sure what topic to put this under so put it under "home care.")
I guess it depends on whether or not you want to do research yourself, or rely on someone else to make assessments on what you might need.
Do you have any idea what they charge for this research?
