How To deal with morning depression?

Your depression or someone else?
If it is yours.....
1.) depending on how serious the depression is you may need to seek out a professional and follow the advice given therapy, medication or what ever is prescribed.
2.) if this is a "simple" I got the blues feeling...It might be a simple as the old adage "Fake it until you make it" if you put a smile on your face, say good morning to people you see and they respond in the same way eventually you really do begin to feel better. On the other hand you wake up and think you are going to have a lousy day and that is what you present to the world guess what..you will have a lousy day. Life can be a self fulfilling prophecy.

Going back to #1....and this is serious if at any time you truly are depressed and / or there is any thought of harming yourself or someone else you need to talk to someone. Being a caregiver takes a toll. There are statistics that show that a high percentage of caregivers die before the person they are caring for. (30% of caregivers die before the person they are caring for is what I have read)
There is no shame in consulting a therapist, you would not hesitate to see a cardiologist if you were having chest pains, you would not resist going to an orthopedic if you thought you broke your foot.
You need to care for yourself before you can care for someone else.

I feel your pain. I'm so stressed out. I don't have a problem falling asleep, I look forward to it. Sleep is my escape. Waking up on the other hand.... I wake up. I try to get back to sleep. Then the adrenaline kicks in and I know I can't get back to sleep. I have diapers to change.

Once you figure it out, please let me know.
