Find Care & Housing
You contact a care agency in your area, and ask. Or if you want less than an hour at a time, perhaps try one of the local chat groups or websites -nextdoor.com? That might be more feasible for short hours.

But if this person needs help getting to bed, how are they coping if they get up during the night? Many older people try to get out of bed in the small hours, so will this person lie on the floor for hours if they do it? Or get skin damage from incontinence that causes long term mess?

You may need to explain why you need a man – is the patient very heavy? Or potentially physically abusive? If it’s just that you like the idea of a man, you need to know that male carers are less common, so more difficult to find.
