We need to have "the story".
That is to say, we need to know who is harassing you, how they are harassing you, what they are harassing you about, and what proof you have of their harassment.

I don't know if you have POA but I did and I told my siblings too bad. You can come and take care of them if you want but this is what is happening--A, B, C.
One sibling didn't like it and that was too bad. I had everything in a living trust and then when my daddy was beginning signs of ALZ I had him resign as trustee and I became the trustee and had everything changed to my name.
No sibling had any say in anything I did. To let you know that when daddy did die I was named as executor and did as the will said and what was left to each sib was distributed as daddy's will said.

What type of harrassment? Over the quality of care, the decisions you're making for your parent? Are they hearing confabulations from your parent about you and what you're doing? Is it over money, and how you are spending money or the perception that the parent is giving you money?

Ignore them, their phone calls and texts, and tell them if they think they can do better that you'll be happy to drop your mother off into their care.
That should shut them up.
