No amount of discussion stops him. This has gone on for several years. I always have to watch him very carefully when we're out, because he's so inappropriate. It's super-embarrassing for me. Usually I don't see it coming until it's happening.

Don't take him out. Eventually you're going to run into someone who isn't so understanding.

If it was me, I'd only take him places where people would be likely to understand his medical condition and be more accepting (like senior centers with programs for folks with Alzheimers or dementia). I wouldn't be taking him to public places where he could be arrested for assault. It's not fair to subject unsuspecting women to him, even though he can't help himself.

Then you stop taking him out in public, or he ends up in jail.
