I advise asking for something other than Gabapentin. I took it for polyneuropathy and it made me sleep walk and hallucinate. I did some research and found these are common side effects.
Take care.

You could try these people:
https://cityoflakewood.us/community-services/

I hope the link works for you - it wouldn't let me onto the site, but I think that's probably because I'm not in the USA.

If you see that doctor again, do not give into the temptation to kick him hard on the shin and tell him it's fine because he can simply will the pain away.

I'm sorry you have all these challenges, I hope you find some real help with them.

Your post was quite disjointed, with strange random spellings and capitalizations. If English is not your first language, I understand. But if you are a native speaker, then you need to clean up your posts. There are many here who will simply scroll right past such word-salad ravings, and not take you seriously.

Not sure if you know what this site is. We are not professionals. We are not a Care agency, we don't hire aides. We are Caregivers taking care of Loved ones one way or another.

If you are diabetic you need an Endocrinologist, a specialist.

As suggested on one of ur other posts, you need to call Adult Protection Services (APS) and tell them ur a vulnerable adult who needs help with Activities of daily living (ADLs). They will come and evaluate your situation and find you the resources you need.

APS is a County Agency so should be able to find the under your County Government in the phone book or on the internet. If available in your area dial 211. County Social Services should be able to help you to.

All we can do is point u in the right direction.

Did you read the responses to the other post you wrote on this subject?

It also sounds like it's time you got yourself a new PCP doctor.

If you need in home care, hire someone!

Your profile indicates you are caring for a friend, then you list that you need help with many ADLs. You need to live in a residence. Contact your local APS to find what is available locally. If you have no home, you may qualify for a SNF. The second issue is that you have multiple medical issues. As far as injectable insulin you need to speak to your PCP. The costs of injectable will cost you more and you need to be able to understand the dosages. Plus you need to manage your diet for injectables to work right. For pain management, there are still many out there who are opiate seekers due to issues seen in the news about overdoses. We live in New times where the gold standard is NSAIDs. Opiates can be given liberally for hospice which you may not qualify. It sounds that you may need to go through withdrawal from the med
