Brother was put on as POA after me and all went downhill.
I was POA and caregiver for mother. I was living with her in her home. I was taken off as POA and replaced by my brother in secret. Now that she has a guardian, do I have any say in the home and posessions? Could I have yard sales? I am still living and caring for home. She has dementia. I was POA and caregiver 3 yrs.

If there is a guardian, brothers POA is revoked. You need to talk to the guardian. Make it clear that you were Moms Caregiver for 3 years and her POA. If Mom is now on Medicaid, the house is an exempt asset while she is living. You could claim Caregiver rights to remain in the home because u resided there. Call Medicaid and confirm what I have said.
If Mom was not competent to assign brother POA, it really is no good. But if a guardian is now involved, both POAs are revolked.
I don't completely understand -- is your brother POA or you?
The court that assigned a guardian is where you need to ask these questions.
