I'll bet she means Saint Lucia, an island in the eastern Caribbean. If you dictate text and don't proofread you can have some pretty crazy misspellings.

If the person using your sisters name is posting use the Contact Us and notify admins.
Most of the people posting are not using real names, it is a name that they pick out of the blue.
What confuses me more is the use of a phone number. People in general do not put their phone number on the site.
Names and phone numbers are typically removed for safety reasons.

It might be interesting...have you tried sending the person a PM?
(If I have misinterpreted your question please explain)

I am so sorry. I don't understand your question at all.
I will just say, that when we experience the death of a family member it is extremely important in the USA to call and make certain all credit agencies (usually a letter to ONE suffices for all) of the death, and not to issue credit in that name. It is a help with identity theft. It is also, if you are able, better not to have all sorts of posted notices as it tells both ID thieves and REAL in person thieves that there is a death to prey upon.

I hope others here will understand what you are asking on the Forum and can provide you with answers you seek. Do remember, we are only caregivers, or those involved previously with giving care, a group here to answer queries from other caregivers.
