You can call the Kent County offices and ask if they have information on home care agencies that service Cedar Springs.   Or do an online search on the same categories.

For 24/7 care you'll probably have to have 3 or 4 individuals.    I rather doubt that RNs would be available for long hour shifts though.

Perhaps you could create a list of your potential needs and identify which actually require an RN.    If those needs can be consolidated for one shift, you could hire CNAs or home care helpers for the other shifts and save some money.

My guess is that agencies don't have that many RNs on staff to be able to supply them 24/7.

I'm wondering if you were hospitalized after breaking your ribs, and if rehab care was an option.   That would probably be easier, if it's still available (you'd have to check with your physician).

You need to contact your local social services. Michigan is very different from any other state in regards to providing care for a senior, it will benefit you to go through the system.
