I am amazed no one gave you information when the tube was placed. Oral care is still important . I agree the swabs are nice, as are "toothettes", which are like little sponges on a stick.

Disposable oral swabs. You can find them on Amazon and many arrive in just one day.

You could try TheraBreath dentist formulated oral rinse. It says it fights bad breath for 12 hours.
I actually use this and find it works quite well. Not sure it lasts 12 hours, but it does last a long time.
I buy it at Walmart.
