I agree with lealonnie1. AgingCare forum here had been a godsend for me back when my aging parents had various issues.

FL has several chapters of alz.org. find the one closest to you and if you have trouble with the website then call the 800 number. There should be live and virtual groups

You can "Google" to see what caregiver support groups are available where you live in FL, and then see if any of them offer the option of Zoom.
I've been attending a caregiver support group weekly since 2018, that I found by Googling. And while I attend in person they also offer Zoom for those who can't leave their loved one to attend.
With all the elderly living in FL, I can only imagine that you will several to choose from.

Alzheimers association , Brewster , MA Has good courses that are free . Joan Halifax does caregiver classes occasionally and those are free or by donation - Upaya Zen Center , Santa Fe , NM .
