Hi, has anyone had experience and luck with Texas Catheters for use overnight in male dementia patients? We are considering one as Im concerned our loved one's high volume of urinary incontinence is going to worsen their skin issues (we use the most absorbent Abena brand briefs & are still having issues). I dont think our loved one will do well with the catheter on but am wondering if anyone has any luck or tricks/tips with this. If you have any brands/models you recommend id appreciate it. thanks!

I worked in facilities where we used them . It depended on the patient . If they were confused they would frequently pull it off , and / or , if they moved around in bed it would fall off .
It worked for bedbound patients who slept soundly and had to be turned by staff every 2 hours .
