jayps161, welcome to the forum. When my Mom was in a nursing home, that place just had one monthly fee. Others may do the same, or have a menu of options.

When my Dad was living in Independent Living facility, there was a monthly rent that included a lot of different things. When the time came when Dad needed help remembering to take his meds, the facility had a Tech Med who could come see Dad twice a day and handed him the pills he needed at that time. This was an "option" thus an added fee to his monthly rent.

My Dad was self-pay, I would get the monthly bill, and pay for it out of Dad's bank account. I was Dad financial Power of Attorney, and co-signer on his checks. Some facilities may pull from a person's bank account directly when it is set up.

We aren't a skilled nursing home. I would ask the institution involved what they charge for things. Ask them also how you make payment to them. Good luck.
This is merely a Forum of caregivers from around the world, so I think we can't know costs you are asking for.
