I will say that there is a big turnover in the ALs in my area. Actually CNAs going from one to the other. For me to be a CNA in an AL? The ratio between aides and patients should be workable. A good wage, at least $15 an hour and good benefits.

I would kill myself before working at an assisted living. All employees no matter the business want a fair wage, insurance and to be respected. The problem is there is demand in certain industries, caregiving, restaurants, etc. where the big dogs, per say, can add a few dollar bonus per hour premium pay as well as sign on bonuses....smaller companies cannot compete.
