In your last post you had a lawyer who really didn't seem to be doing much for you. It would be hard as a forum of people from all over the US to help you find a lawyer in your state. You should be able to put "lawyers in my area" in search and get a list of lawyers.

Then just fill out your zip code and the system will give you a list of Elder Law attorneys in your area.
