Any place that accepts donations will take them.

My 90 year old friend was over the moon to find some her size at a thrift store. One package was open but, you could see that it wasn't messed with, just 1 product pulled out.

I donated several large boxes to the Gospel rescue mission and they were thrilled to get them.

If you're on Facebook, look up "Buy Nothing Group" + your town, and you'll likely find a lot of takers. I just saw someone post a bunch of adult diapers on our group today, and there were 10 people wanting them.
