This time is "me time". A month ago I dislocated my shoulder and now I need a full rotator cuff surgery. The shoulder is frozen in place. I had to wait several weeks due to nerve damage and need for swelling to decrease. I will be in a stabilizing splint for a few weeks followed by months of PT.My physical therapist recommends to find a couple of shirts with snap sleeves to make it easy to dress myself. Are there any websites so that I can order before I have surgery.

A quick search led me to Silverts.com. They have adaptive clothing.
Dawn Wells (actor from Gilligan's Island) had a line of adaptive clothing as well.
Amazon has some but none of it looked any better than a hospital gowns.

I wish you well in your recovery. So sorry you are dealing with this.

I'm coming back to say that the modifications look pretty simple to me, if you or someone you know is a handy seamstress it should be fairly easy to buy a few cheap, oversized shirts, open the shoulder and arm, and add in snap or velcro closures

I just remembered I also bought my daughter a fleece poncho on Etsy .
She broke her shoulder during Covid .

Here’s another idea . When my daughter broke her shoulder , she wore tank tops . She wore leg warmers on her arms . After she put the leg warmers on , I placed a couple of safety pins , pinning the leg warmers to the tank top so they wouldn’t fall down , since she’s thin .

I was thinking sleeveless t-shirts but I thought the problem might be in lifting the arm to get the shirt on.

I found this
https://www.reboundwear.com/collections/shoulder-surgery-shirts

It's quite pricey but the clothing looks like very good quality

Here is another one
https://www.slingshirt.com/shop/slingshirt

Or you might ask the PT if they have any recommendations since they know what their patients are buying
