Hello everyone. Can someone help me concerning abuse of durable POA by my uncle over my grandfather? APS refuses to hear our complaints.

I'm living with and I've been taking care of my grandfather and his home for the last 10 years. I have never gotten any pay through the state and now I can't work. He needs 24-hour care pretty much and my uncle is doing everything he can to get me out and put my grandad in home and neither of us want to leave the home he’s been in for 47yrs.he thinks because he has durable POA he owns my grandad nobody else is able to help him even though he’s not helping, only stealing his money .the mail doesn't come here anymore. The Morgan Stanley investment money that's being taken .his bank account and all that money is being hid my grandad also has no idea what he's signing so the two wills have been written up without his consent and he signed both not knowing what he was doing. The first time it was changed he was in the hospital and had suffered a stroke. The man is now refusing to help us get for the fourth time we've applied for long-term Medicaid.so that I could get some pay and my grandfather would be covered properly. He wants me out of the way so that he can put my grandad in a nursing home so he can have the run of everything. I found out yesterday now there's three cars that have been registered in my grandfather's name they're all paid for and that's too much assets for him to be qualified to get the long-term Medicaid he didn't agree to this. He didn't even know about it and my uncle is refusing to put them in his own name there is so much fraud on top of that I don't have the space to tell it all. I have recordings of him admitting to fraud and forgery. my grandmother has been dead for 10 years yet they're still checks coming from insurance agencies her name and his name and over the phone he's telling my grandfather I'm going to sign your name and Mom's name but if anybody says anything you did this Dad hey also has refused to fix things to pay for things my grandfather has no access to his own bank account except writing checks and he has to explain them to his snake of son/POA. He won't even let him come to his home and he has not been to our home in over a year and the man lives 20 minutes away. He took out $250 for himself at Christmas time yet didn't even call my grandfather and tell him Merry Christmas. He threw everything out when he put my grandad in home for 2 months in 2018, his clothes were gone the pictures were off the walls computers books everything was gone. who does that and now I'm also dealing with him slandering me to my grandfather's Church to other family members to everybody you could think of that comes near us my grandfather's friends my late grandmother's friends he’s making up stuff and he's using me as a scapegoat for everything he's doing and what I'm really upset about is we've reported this twice when I first found out about the forgery now a year later is gotten so much worse the police wouldn't even do anything because my uncle is a sociopath and pathological liar and he gets to these people first I don't know maybe the APS agent was a friend of his but why would these agents go to the accuse first and then come here with his opinion made up and lie and manipulate my grandfather when he separated us and doesn't even know my complaints he has never listened to the recordings never looked at the bank accounts never saw the paper trails I have so much facts and information it would blow your mind and this man refuses to listen or look and all we want is for him to start the investigation. I have him recorded literally trying to convince my grandfather that my uncle is doing nothing wrong and that he should worry about me and that we're also spending $500 a week just on groceries and 800 on gas because that's what my uncle told him. And my grandad said how I know that true and he said 3xs more it’s all true. With no proof. And he said you have to have credibility to open a case and I’m not credible and I lied about the report last year too. But he's never heard/seen my side. I KNOW my uncle should be jail.
