Are you able to arrange a house cleaning service to come in 1 time a month? Set it up as an auto pay so he is not physically writing a check or giving cash to someone.

Do you have any family or friends that you can ask to help clean your home? And why won't your husband pay for someone to do it, if he himself isn't able or just doesn't want to? Does he like living in a dirty home, or is he just to cheap to part with his money?
If you've not been able to convince him, perhaps having a family member of friend speak to him might help. Good luck!
