A sore leg could mean a blood clot and you don't fool around with these. There is something wrong and she needs to see her primary care doctor. It could be her depression it could be something physical.

It matters quite a lot who told your mother she is a hypochondriac. If it was her PCP, she needs a new PCP. If it was somebody else, ignore it.

Have you had a look at her leg? Can she describe what is wrong? There could be all kinds of issues going on from nothing much to a broken hip or a deep vein thrombosis or heaven knows what. Putting it down to hypochondria is not good enough.

To get proper advice, you can call her PCP, take her to an urgent treatment clinic or ER, or if necessary call an ambulance so that at least someone comes to the home and examines her.

Profile says Mother has depression.

Who told her she has Hypochondria*? Was this an actual medical diagnoses from a health professional??

* also called: health anxiety. Treatable with medication &/or therapy. As is Depression.

POA stands for Power of Attorney. This is a legal document which your mother would have signed to give you (or somebody) authority to act for her.

What is a saw leg? Are you sure you are understanding correctly? Do you have POA? I would try to find out from her doc what is going on.

Sore. I expect it's voice-to-type or something.
