After fielding quite a number of very bizarre questions I find I must be very honest with you.
I don't believe really that you have evidence a murder has been committed, and that in response you have determined the best thing for you to do is to write a Forum of strangers rather than taking a trip to your local police station or sheriff's office.
Can you tell me just how you can to that decision?

In all likelihood this "True Crime Drama" didn't just occur. If not, there is very unlikely to be evidence of insulin overdose. Moreover, insulin overdose, unless enormous in amount, seldom is considered much more than an accident of over eating, undereating, no eating, poor self administration, and so on and on and on.

Do see your local Sheriff, won't you. Let us know how that goes for you if you will. But I would not hold out a whole lot of hope of proving any kind of wrongdoing in this case.

Exactly, Alva. I hardly think the OP's brother is Claus von Bulow.

Go to the cops. What do you think anyone here can do for you? Sounds to me like you're not overly saddened by it either.

Do you have an autopsy? Did the medical examiner say the death is suspicious? Have you called the police?

I'm sorry but can you explain more.

How old is your mom, does she have any dementia

How old was your brother, why didn't he give himself his own insulin

What is it exactly your asking.

Go to your profile and fill it out , it will answer some of are questions.

I'm very sorry you are going through this .

Anxiety, it's the mom that was "supposedly" murdered by her son the OP's brother, not the other way around.

So, you are saying narcissistic mom was given an insulin overdose by your brother? It sounds like she didn't get anything like a meal or something to offset the insulin in her system. Murder may be hard to prove under these circumstances.

An autopsy will need to be done to prove what you say.

Likely too late. And if done and shows too much insulin, then could be due to not eating or to any number of things. Would have to be a huge amount to indicate murder. And then, who did it. The narc mom? The son? Someone else. Better have good prints on this one. I guess I listen to way too many true crime podcasts, but none of this is likely to wash with a criminal jury.
