Mom (87) has had nasal drip for years, leaving tissue everywhere she goes. Now it is starting to back up in her throat a little when she sleeps. I read somewhere online that a possibility could be loss of CSP through the nose. We have been through the cold theory many times with the physcian, but no change. It definitely never snows. She lives in a temperate climate. Always is warmly dressed, etc.
I just read a great book for caregivers of persons with Alzheimer's Disease and realized that almost none of it applies to my husband. LBD and AD really are quite different.
There is a list of "core features" and other features, a certain number of which must be present for a diagnosis of LBD. You can find this on the LBDA web site.
Take care,
Carol
