I have dealt with this issue for several years. I have tried various medications without success. However, now my issue is more severe at night. I wear disposable briefs 24/7. I also use booster pads, especially at night.

Have you been to a urologist? One was able to help my mom. She had a simple procedure that allowed her to function for many years without needing disposable briefs. Also a urogynocologist might be seen for women’s pelvic floor disorders.

My husband too had severe incontinence due to his vascular dementia. After trying all the different medications(which didn't work)I took him to his urologist and he put Botox into his bladder, as that has been proven to help some. However it didn't help my husband, and after many months of having to get up every hour on the hour to help my husband to the bathroom(even though he wore Depends, he still wanted to go in the toilet if possible)and us both exhausted from lack of sleep, the urologist recommended putting a supra pubic catheter(a permanent catheter)in my husband. So we had that done and for the first time in about 8 months we were both able to sleep through the night. And I only had to change his catheter bag once in the morning and once in the evening. It was a Godsend for sure.
I would make an appointment with your urologist and see what he/she recommends. Best wishes.

One of the reasons there is often more urination in the nighttime is that the legs are elevated. In seniors with severely impaired circulation/any edema, the fluid can stay pooled in the lower periphery during the day; then at night the legs get elevated and the fluid backflows toward the kidneys, making its elimination easier if more problematic.
Sounds as though you are doing what you can. Limit your salt intake so you don't retain fluid, keep your legs elevated when relaxing during the day. And then you are down with experimenting with the supplies you need.
I sure wish you luck and hope others have good ideas for you.
