Scott, don't worry about asking the right questions, the Attorney will lead the discussion, and cover everything regarding whatever it is you are going to see the Attorney.

Is this for you or someone you are caring for?
These are a few questions I asked they may just start some for you:
When does POA take over is it volunteered by the elder (my daddy in this case) or can I just take over?
Does he need to resign from his living will or do I need to just take over?
About his house, it is in his living will how does that transfer if I am the executor of the estate and the heir?
With the house in living trust how can I sell to pay for his care?
Blessings
