Generally speaking no. There may be some orders for limited hours after a hospitalization. If she needs care and can't pay you may need to get her qualified for Medicaid for the indigent in a facility.

There is a forum member who was able to get help for her Mom and Aunt under 'Intermediate care" I think its what is called, Hopefully she is still on the forum and will chime in.

I was surprised to recently learn that Part A will cover skilled nursing care which could include home health care. Recertification every 60 days is required but it has to start with a need for skilled nursing care - an infusion pump, wound management, etc -
